Part4Drive Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Part4Drive ("P4D"), an automotive commercial clearinghouse and software operating system provided by NGiSense Technologies, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on Part4Drive (via Google Authentication or email/password), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant Obligations & Catalog Authenticity

Merchants agree to uphold commercial honesty when listing automotive components:

Parts must be accurately categorized by vehicle fitment (Make, Model, Year, Trim, Engine).
Condition grades (OEM Genuine, Certified Aftermarket, Remanufactured, Tokunbo Tested Salvage) must be truthful. Counterfeit parts are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
Pricing must reflect honest retail or wholesale rates in the seller's registered domestic currency (NGN or GHS).

3. Intellectual Property & Software License

NGiSense Technologies grants registered users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Part4Drive web application and APIs for commercial automotive store operations.
