1. Google API Services User Data Policy

Parts4Drive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google OAuth authentication is utilized solely for merchant verification, Google Business Profile location management, and Merchant Center inventory syndication. We never transfer or sell user data to advertising platforms or data brokers.

2. Pan-African Data Privacy Frameworks

Our infrastructure operates in strict adherence to data sovereignty and privacy legislation across our primary trade corridors:

• Ghana: Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
• Nigeria: Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 & NDPR
• Regional: ECOWAS Supplementary Act on Personal Data Protection

3. Merchant Store Verification Standards

All registered sellers must undergo physical stall verification, business registration document inspection (Registrar General's Department Ghana / CAC Nigeria), and WhatsApp phone validation before listing inventory on the public catalog.

4. Account & Data Deletion Inquiries

Users and merchants can request complete deletion of their account credentials, order history, and vehicle garage records at any time by contacting our Compliance Desk at compliance@parts4drive.com.
